This Kentucky Bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of the distillery’s history, when in 1939 they released their first Bottled-in-Bond. This Bourbon was their namesake brand, and quickly became the top-seller in the state of Kentucky. Still today, the craftsmanship poured into Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond by the same founding family meets the exacting standards first set forth in the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
The mash bill is 75% corn, 15% rye and 12% malted barley.
Color: This bourbon shines with a golden amber hue.
Nose: Its aroma blends warm vanilla, honey, and rich caramel.
Palate: On the palate, smooth sweetness with a hint of rye spice meets caramel, honey, and oak.
Finish: The finish is long and lingering, leaving a warm, lasting impression.
